I still need to edit my footage of the trip. Should be ready in a day or two. In the meantime…
People used to just go to parties. Now people go to parties then check the internet to see if they got any coverage. I’m one of those (vain) people. I got to see my own face around 1:55.
My summer job requires me to travel a lot. I’ve spent most of the summer living in hotels/motels. You start to go crazy when you’re alone in strange places every night.

This is the trailer for a film (Le Tuxedo) I did a little bit of acting in last summer. It was fun. And French. (I drink a beer in the trailer! Very un-PG of me.)

Last night was the Annual General Meeting of the Manitoba Skateboard Coalition. (I’m a member and so should you be.) The coalition does a lot of great work for the skateboarding community here in Manitoba, organizing contests and events and representing the interests of skateboarders in the political world. They do good work.
Another thing they’ve done is put together a video/website with Travel Manitoba to present our province as a possible tourist destination for skateboarders. A bunch of my homies worked on this video and skate in it. Also all of the music comes from Manitoban bands, which is nice.
