It’s getting chilly. (My roommates bike. Not mine.)

My friends and I started skateboarding again last summer. Our crew is called Celebrity Hot Tub. Here’s a very romantic, short version of our video Learn Your ABD’s, lovingly edited by Kyle Thomas. I don’t skate much in it because I’m the worst. I really like the SNL style closeups at the end. We are such good friends.
Long version coming soon. I need to film more tricks this year.

My roommate Jacqui is moving to Toronto. She’s lived with me for a couple of years now and it has been really great. I’m going to be sad to see her go. Who am I going to watch/hate Gossip Girl with!?!

She's a big Zach Galifanakis fan.

Her coworkers got her a cake.

“We don’t even trespass anymore! Don’t you miss trespassing? You used to love trespassing!”
That’s a line from a film my friends and I started writing today. It’s going to be a heist movie. Anyways, I did some trespassing tonight. It made me feel young and wild and free. (And frozen. It was -27 C.)

These videos light a fire in my belly. A fire to go somewhere that isn’t Winnipeg. I love Winnipeg but I’m ready for adventure.

I got a package from my friend Malena in Australia! What in the world could it be?

It’s the issue of Harper’s Bazaar featuring love-of-my-life Kelsey from Australia’s Next Top Model!
A big thank you to Malena for enabling my obsession love.
Sometimes people ask me what I want to do with my schooling. About 11 minutes into this documentary they start showing some examples of neat projects people have done. There’s also a good explanation about the whole DIY, Open Source Hardware movement. This is the sort of thing I get excited about.
